I met this similar problems too. I solve them with a useful OCR COnverter OmniPage 17. It helps me to convert PDF to word, and than edit on the PC freely.
I personally use cvision's maestro recognition server. It makes less mistakes than other OCR software I've tried in the past. There's a trial version you can download off their website.
Ask for a useful OCR converter to help me to edit PDF documents. I need to modify them with word format.

this will help you.... Use 'zillatube'. This is the easiest (and also the fastest) way.
Zillatube produces mpg/mp3 video or sound formats from youtube that are compatible with windows movie maker(or windows media player), and more. Also for high quality conversion, use vcd mode to get good quality mpg file.
